the year dedicated to the family reflection, strongly
wanted by Pope Francesco, S. Exc. Mgr Vincenzo Paglia,
President of the Pontifical Council for the Family, and
Andrea Bocelli will present the project:

Il Grande
Mistero.
- The
Family Gospel, school of humanity for our times,
produced by CITYSOUND & Events Milan.
- It
is a series of events that will visit several European
cities, to put the focus of the civil and ecclesial
community on the charm and beauty of the love between
man and woman, the family and the multiple values they
evoke. Each event will begin in the square in front of
the Cathedral, a place where people meet and socialize,
and it will end for those who wish, in the Cathedral.
- Music
and words will intertwine. Andrea Bocelli will be given
the choice and interpretation of songs of the great
sacred and secular musical tradition, accompanied by the
most prestigious European orchestras and choirs.
- The
President of the Pontifical Council and the Archbishop
of the hosting city, will accompany the performance with
moments of reflection.
- It
will begin the 28th of May at the Sagrada Familia in
Barcelona
, in the presence of the Archbishop of the city,
S.Eminence Cardinal Lluís Martínez Sìstach, who will
also attend the press conference. On this occasion other
cities will be announced.
